Pay on the correct network

If cryptocurrency checkout is active for an order, Nicky Day Jeweller supports only the two payment methods shown below. They are not interchangeable. Sending a different token or using a different network can permanently lose the funds.

Confirm the written order before paying

Crypto payment should be made only after Nicky Day Jeweller has confirmed the exact item or custom specification, selected stone/material tier, availability, item price, VAT or other applicable tax, final total, shipping destination, expected timing and the written delivery and return terms. Product price, shipping, insurance, customs duties and destination taxes are governed by that written order; a blockchain transfer by itself does not change those terms.

Identity and compliance checks may come first

An order may require customer or beneficial-owner identification, sanctions screening and source-of-funds information before payment is enabled. Complete only the checks requested through the confirmed order process, and do not send funds while a compliance review is pending. Nicky Day Jeweller will never request a wallet seed phrase or private key.

   Check the product, material tier, US-dollar total, destination and current commercial terms.

   Select one supported asset

   Choose native BTC on Bitcoin or USDT on Tron TRC20. Never guess the network.

   Copy the current address and amount

   Use the details displayed for that order. Bitcoin quotes are time-limited because the exchange rate changes.

   Verify before confirming

   Compare the first and last characters of the address, the network and the exact amount on your wallet's final screen.

   Wait for on-chain confirmation

   A submitted transfer is not immediately final. Keep the transaction identifier while the network confirms it.

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible

Blockchain transfers normally cannot be cancelled, charged back or reversed by Nicky Day Jeweller, Trust Wallet, an exchange or the website. This technical irreversibility does not remove any mandatory consumer right or remedy. When a refund is due under applicable law or the written order terms, it is processed as a separate new transaction and may require identity, destination-wallet and compliance checks; the written order must explain the agreed valuation method, network fees and timing.

Your wallet stays under your control

The website never needs your seed phrase, private key, wallet password, exchange password, recovery code or one-time code. Do not share any of them with anyone claiming to help complete the payment. The checkout only displays receiving instructions and checks public blockchain records for the relevant transfer.
