This website is a public product catalogue. Where the business has activated it, an optional cryptocurrency order-and-payment flow may also be offered after written order confirmation; customers may instead continue an enquiry through Instagram. This notice explains what information is used in each path.

Information used for enquiries and orders

When you start a payment order, the site may collect your name, email address or WhatsApp/contact detail, destination country, selected product and material tier, quoted price, chosen payment asset, order reference and relevant timestamps. The private owner dashboard also stores product, stock and sales records entered by an authorised administrator. We use this information to confirm availability and specifications, communicate about the order, arrange fulfilment, prevent duplicate or fraudulent payment claims, maintain accounting records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Member pricing and client records

The optional member offer asks for an email address and WhatsApp number; a name may also be provided. If you join, the site creates a private member code and stores the registration page, broad country, region or city where available, and registration and last-seen times. A random, opaque HTTP-only browser cookie recognises the membership for up to one year so eligible prices can be shown. The member record is also available to the authorised owner in the private Clients dashboard.

Joining the member programme is not consent to marketing. Contact details submitted through this offer are marked unverified and are not placed on a promotional mailing list; separate verification and consent would be required later. A member may still be contacted to answer an enquiry they initiate. The displayed member price is ten percent below the current public product price; custom specifications, availability, delivery and a final written quote must still be confirmed.

Cryptocurrency payments and public records

Where checkout is active, supported payments are sent directly to the business wallet shown inside the current order as native Bitcoin or USDT on the Tron TRC20 network. The website does not ask for, receive or store a wallet seed phrase, private key, exchange password or recovery code. It does not custody cryptocurrency on a customer's behalf and it does not collect or process card details.

Cryptocurrency networks are public ledgers. A wallet address, transaction identifier, transferred amount, network fee, time and confirmation history may be permanently visible to anyone and cannot be deleted by this website. To match a transfer to an order, the site stores the transaction identifier and payment status with the order record.

Quote and transaction services

A Coinbase market-data service may be used to calculate a time-limited Bitcoin amount from the displayed US-dollar order price. This does not create a Coinbase account or give the website access to a customer's Coinbase or Trust Wallet account. Public transaction data may be checked through TRONGrid for USDT TRC20 and mempool.space for Bitcoin. As applicable, those providers receive ordinary connection information and the market or public transaction data required for the request; the website does not send them the buyer's contact details. Each provider operates under its own privacy terms.

Analytics and SEO reporting

The site uses limited first-party measurement to count visits and show the owner which pages and broad regions are being served. A visit record can include the page path without query parameters, referrer hostname without its full URL, broad country, region or city supplied by the hosting network, continent, timezone, broad device class, time and whether the visit belongs to a registered member. A high-entropy session identifier is irreversibly hashed before storage. Nicky does not store the visitor's raw IP address, precise GPS coordinates, full referrer URL, URL query string or raw browser user-agent in this system.

A persistent first-party visitor identifier is created only after optional extended-analytics consent. This choice is available inside the member form and through the separate Privacy choices control; it is not required for membership. Google Analytics is loaded only after the visitor actively selects the optional choice. Refusing analytics does not prevent browsing, joining the member programme or making an enquiry. Basic pending or denied visit counts are not retroactively attached to a member registration. Raw first-party visit rows are automatically purged after 90 days.

To protect the public visit and membership forms from automated abuse, the hosting edge uses the connection address only in request memory to create a keyed, short-lived rate-limit value. The raw address is not written to the audience or client database, and the anti-abuse value is not shown in the admin dashboard or linked to a client profile.

WhatsApp reports

Automated SEO reports will only be sent to an opted-in business recipient through the official WhatsApp Business Platform after that service is connected. Website visitors are not enrolled in those reports.

Third-party services

Product enquiries may open Instagram, where Instagram's terms and privacy practices apply. Measurement and reporting may use Google Search Console, Google Analytics and the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Payment quoting and public-chain checks may use Coinbase market data, TRONGrid and mempool.space. Each service operates under its own terms and privacy notice.

Retention, security and choices

Order and payment records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, accounting, dispute prevention, security and legal obligations. Member records remain while the programme is active or until a valid deletion or withdrawal request is completed, subject to records that must be retained by law. A dismissed member-offer preference can be stored only for the current browser tab so the offer stays closed while that visit continues and returns after the tab is closed. Access to the owner dashboard is restricted. No internet or blockchain system can be promised as completely risk-free, but the website limits the sensitive information it requests and never needs a wallet secret to receive payment.

You may ask about the personal contact or order information held by the business, or request correction or deletion where the request does not conflict with accounting, fraud-prevention or other legal duties. Public blockchain records cannot be altered or deleted by Nicky Day Jeweller.

Identity and legal-compliance information

Before accepting an eligible payment, the business may separately need identity, beneficial-owner, sanctions, politically exposed person, source-of-funds or delivery information. That information is used to assess and document the order, meet legal obligations and prevent fraud or financial crime. It is not used to obtain control of a customer's wallet. Required records may need to be retained for the period set by applicable law even when a deletion request is made.

Never send a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, exchange password, one-time code or recovery code to Nicky Day Jeweller. Confirm the written product specification, availability, delivery and return terms before paying, then use only the asset, network, address and amount shown for that order.
