What an iced-out specification should contain
The phrase iced out describes a coverage style, not a stone identity or metal purity. A reliable brief states which surfaces are covered, the setting pattern, stone type and shape, base metal or purity, finish colour, dimensions, weight target and any moving parts that must remain usable.
Moissanite, lab-grown diamond and natural diamond are separate materials. They are never combined under the misleading phrase “moissanite diamond” on this site. When documentation, grading or provenance matters, the required evidence belongs in the written specification and quotation.
- Watches: bezel, case, dial surround, bracelet or strap hardware and clasp coverage
- Chains and bracelets: link construction, width, length, clasp and flexible movement
- Pendants and rings: dimensions, bail or internal fit, setting height and stone layout
- Earrings: pair or single-piece status, dimensions, post or fastening and total weight
From visual reference to manufacturable order
Use a catalogue product as the starting reference or send a separate concept. Nicki coordinates the questions needed to turn the visual into an order specification, including the surfaces to be set, acceptable tolerances, material selection, quantity, target budget and destination.
A displayed design does not automatically promise every custom option. Feasibility, minimum quantity, sample cost, production timing and repeatability depend on the piece and are confirmed in the current quote. Multi-angle imagery remains part of the approval process because front views alone can hide thickness, clasp construction and side coverage.
Private statement pieces and wholesale production
Private buyers can request one ready or custom piece. Trade buyers can discuss coordinated ranges, repeat production, packaging or private-label requirements. Both paths use the same principle: approve the exact product rather than relying on broad marketing language.
Worldwide delivery can be coordinated after the specification and commercial terms are accepted. Courier availability, insurance position, timing, destination restrictions, duties and taxes are reviewed for the actual shipment before dispatch.

Does iced out always mean diamond?
No. Iced out describes stone coverage. The stones may be moissanite, lab-grown diamond, natural diamond or another disclosed material, and the exact choice must be confirmed in writing.
Can an existing design be changed?
Potential changes to size, finish, stone coverage or materials can be reviewed. Feasibility, price, minimum quantity and timing depend on the design and are confirmed before production.
Can retailers request repeat orders?
Yes. Retailers and resellers can request samples, repeat production or coordinated ranges, subject to an approved specification and current trade terms.
