Ready jewellery, custom pieces, watches and accessories can have different value, size, mechanism or courier restrictions. The destination address and product details are reviewed before a method is confirmed. A delivery estimate begins from the agreed stock or production milestone, not automatically from the first enquiry date.
The quotation or dispatch confirmation should state the courier or method, current timing, tracking position, insurance or liability position and known destination restrictions. If a service cannot support the item or address, an alternative must be agreed before dispatch.
Customs, duties, taxes and documentation
International orders can be subject to import controls, duties, taxes, brokerage and identity or address checks. Unless the written quote states otherwise, destination charges may be payable by the recipient. Buyers should check local requirements, especially for commercial resale.

Tracking, acceptance and delivery inspection
A tracking number alone does not prove that a courier has the parcel; courier possession begins when the carrier records an acceptance scan or equivalent handoff. Tracking events and delivery estimates remain subject to the courier and destination network.
Inspect the outer package and product promptly on arrival. If there is damage, shortage or a specification concern, preserve all packaging, the label and unedited photos or video and contact Nicki immediately so the available support path can be assessed.
