Nicki performs or coordinates applicable checks around dimensions, weight, visible stone layout, finish, mechanisms, count, gallery evidence and packing. The exact scope depends on the product and order.
Measurements, weight and visible construction
Applicable checks compare core measurements and weight with the approved order tolerance. For chains and bracelets, that may include length, width and fastening. Pendants need body dimensions and bail clearance. Rings and bracelets need the agreed size system and internal fit position.
Visible construction checks can cover symmetry, stone layout, obvious stone security, polish, plating or surface finish, engraving and logo accuracy. They reduce avoidable mistakes but do not substitute for independent material or gemstone analysis when that evidence is required.
Mechanisms and watch-specific checks
Where applicable, clasps, hinges, posts, lighter mechanisms and watch controls can be operated during inspection. A visual function check does not create a water-resistance, shockproof or long-term performance guarantee that was not part of the approved specification.
For watches, the gallery can record the front, sides, back, bracelet or strap, clasp and visible operation. Movement identity, authenticity and service history require their own evidence and are not inferred from external appearance.
Count, gallery evidence and dispatch record
Trade orders can include quantity and packing checks against the order record. Where agreed, photographs or videos support approval and receiving. Image evidence is dated process information, not proof of courier possession or a substitute for an acceptance scan.
The dispatch handoff records the chosen packing, destination and tracking details. Buyers should inspect delivery promptly and retain unedited evidence if the package or goods appear damaged, incomplete or inconsistent with the approved specification.

Photo or video evidence can be discussed as part of the approval and quality-control scope for the order.
