Nicki coordinates custom and repeat-order discussions across jewellery and watch categories, then confirms what can be made, in which materials, at what quantity and with which approval evidence.
Product categories and design inputs
The network can review briefs for chains, pendants, bracelets, rings, earrings, bezels, accessories and custom or iced watches. Review starts with the visual intent and the details that affect engineering: dimensions, thickness, weight target, moving parts, fastening, stone coverage, finish and intended use.
Names, logos, symbols and statement motifs can be considered when the buyer has the right to use the requested design. Trademarked shapes, brand marks and base watches require a clear provenance position; inspired products are not presented as authentic branded goods.
Materials, stones and finishes
Potential metals, purities, plating systems, colours and stone types are confirmed per source and piece. A visual reference cannot prove solid-gold content, stone identity or grade, so those claims are controlled through the written quote and available supporting documents.
Feasible customization may include scale, finish, stone layout, selected colours, engraving and packaging. Each option can affect weight, durability, cost and timing. The approved version is the one that governs production, not an earlier mood image.
Approval evidence and handoff
Depending on the job, approval may use measurements, drawings, renders, a sample, source photographs, video or a first-piece inspection. Nicki records the agreed checkpoint and coordinates product-specific quality checks before fulfilment.
The final handoff confirms quantity, packing, courier, tracking and any destination position. For future repeats, the buyer should reference the original approved specification and note any requested change so production does not drift silently.

Every brief is reviewed for feasibility, rights, materials, quantity, budget and production method. No universal capability promise is made before that review.
Can I order one custom piece?
Some designs support one-off private orders, while others need a minimum quantity. The current position is confirmed after design review.
Can a sample be made before a wholesale run?
Where feasible, a sample or another agreed approval stage can be quoted before repeat production.
