PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS, SUPPLIED BEFORE PAYMENT
Ready-stock, preorder, personalized and custom-made products can have different cancellation and return eligibility. Until Nicki publishes one approved universal policy, the applicable terms are supplied in writing before payment and preserved with the order.
Confirm eligibility before payment
The order terms should state cancellation points, return eligibility, custom or personalized exceptions, return-shipping responsibility, inspection requirements, refund method and the process for a delivery or specification issue. Do not rely on an assumed number of days that is not in the written terms.
Custom and personalized orders may become non-cancellable after approval or production begins, subject to the agreed terms and applicable law. A requested design change can alter price and timing and must be approved before replacing the earlier specification.
Report delivery or specification problems promptly
If the package is damaged, incomplete or inconsistent with the approved specification, keep all packaging and labels and record unedited photos or video. Contact Nicki promptly with the order reference and concise explanation.
The support path may involve courier evidence, inspection, repair, replacement, remake or another remedy depending on the cause, written order terms and mandatory consumer rights. Do not arrange third-party work before the issue is reviewed unless urgent safety requires it.
Consumer rights remain applicable
Nothing on this information page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The legal position can depend on the buyer, seller, destination, product type and whether an order is personal or commercial.
